Front of House Team
Our Front of House Team Members are the face of our restaurant. They are responsible for quality service and hospitality to our guests, serving our guests efficiently and effectively with a warm and genuine spirit.
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers and have a willingness to learn.

Create a positive and engaging guest experience by creating eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected to the guest.
Take and prepare orders quickly and efficiently at the front counter and/or drive-thru.
Manage cash drawers.
Bagging orders and getting orders to customers quickly.
Stocking products and paperware as needed.
Cleaning front of house during off-peak times
Adhere to all safety policies and health regulations.

Able to focus, team oriented, adaptable, dependable with a strong work ethic.
A cheerful, positive and ready-to-work attitude.
Have ability to multitask and work at a fast, efficient and thorough pace.
Able to work both indoors and outdoors, on your feet, for several hours at a time.

Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Willingness to learn.

Dining Room Specialist
Our Dining Room Specialists are responsible for taking care of our dining room and our guests at all times with a positive attitude. We strive to make sure our dining area is clean and tidy and very welcoming to our guests.

Cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs as guests come and go.
Refreshing their beverages,
Clearing the table after the customer leaves.
Assisting with anything else guests may need in the dining room.
Helping to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our dining room.

Kitchen Champions
Our Kitchen Champions are the backbone to our success at Chick-Fil-A.
The culinary team is responsible for producing the highest quality product to our guests in an efficient, clean and safe manner.

Become knowledgeable of Chick-fil-A menu items and our recipes.
Execute hospitality by cooking, preparing, and presenting food orders to meet Chick-fil-A’s quality standards.
Contribute to a safe and overall positive environment by maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift in all food preparation areas.
Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies.
Handle all food-related, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards that comply with all federal, state, & local regulatory procedures.
Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a positive work environment.

Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
Comfortable with demanding labor.
Committed to a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
