  • What is the minimum age requirement to work at Chick-fil-A?

    Due to the limited hours availability for minors from the Department of Labor, we can only hire at age 16 years or older.

  • What does the hiring process look like?

    You will receive a confirmation that your application has been submitted when you complete it through our partner hiring platform Higher Me. If the position you are applying for is open and if we think you are good fit, you will receive an email and a text message within 48 hours inviting you to choose a time for an interview. If not have not heard from us within 3 weeks, please reach out to us at talent@cfapark.com

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my interview?

    Please use the link that you received when you initially scheduled your interview. It will allow you to cancel and reschedule to a time that works for you. If you are unable to find a suitable time from the time slots listed, please reach out at talent@cfapark.com.

  • Why was my application rejected?

    The hiring needs of our restaurant fluctuate throughout the year. If you received a notification that we were unable to proceed with your application, it could due to a number of reasons including availability, current job openings and experience. We invite you to apply with us again in the future as our needs are constantly changing.

  • Will uniforms be provided when I am hired?

    You will receive a set of uniforms (shirt, belt, pants. name tag and cap) when you are hired. Full time employees will get an additional set.

    We DO NOT provide shoes and you must purchase a pair of restaurant grade non-slip shoes in black for use.

    Should you need to purchase additional uniform pieces, the price is as follows:

    • Polo Shirts $ 19

    • Pants $26

    • Belt $12

    • Name Tag $ 5

    New sets of uniforms are given out at the first anniversary of your employment or in the new year whichever comes later.
