Coffee, Conversation & Community
Chick-fil-A Park hosts Coffee with a Cop with Plano Police and UNIDOS
On March 6, Chick-fil-A Park Blvd & Plano Pkwy had the privilege of hosting a special Coffee with a Cop event in partnership with the Plano Police Department and UNIDOS, bringing officers and community members together for a morning of conversation, connection, and plenty of Chick-fil-A hospitality.
Throughout the morning, guests stopped by to grab coffee, enjoy fresh cookies, and spend time talking with local officers in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Families, kids, and regular guests had the opportunity to meet the officers who serve our city every day—sharing stories, asking questions, and building relationships beyond the badge.
One of the highlights of the event was watching young guests light up as they met the officers, posed for photos, and chatted with them over cookies and Chick-fil-A treats. Moments like these remind us how powerful simple conversations can be in strengthening trust and connection within our community.
We were also grateful for the partnership of UNIDOS, whose work helps strengthen relationships between law enforcement and the diverse communities they serve. Their presence helped make the morning feel even more welcoming and inclusive for everyone who stopped by.
At Chick-fil-A Park, we believe community happens not only across the counter but also around the table. Events like Coffee with a Cop give our team members, guests, and local officers a chance to connect in meaningful ways and celebrate the shared goal of making Plano a safe and thriving place for everyone.
A big thank-you to the Plano Police Department, UNIDOS, and everyone who joined us for coffee, conversation, and community.
At Chick-fil-A Park, we believe great food brings people together—but it’s the relationships built around the table that truly strengthen our community. We look forward to hosting more opportunities like this in the future.
