Moms Who Lead
Moms who lead with heart - Olivia, Patty & Tiffany.
Mother's Day is more than just flowers and brunch—it's a chance to honor the women who inspire us through both their homes and their careers. At Chick-fil-A Park Blvd, some of the most impactful leadership comes from moms who balance the responsibilities of parenting with mentoring teams and running one of the busiest restaurants in the area.
Today we celebrate three such women—Patty Maldonado, Tiffany Bradford, and Olivia Wong
Patty Maldonado
Leading with Faith & Grace
As the Director of Quality Control and Hospitality, Patty Maldonado wears many hats.

Beyond managing operational excellence, she also serves as an in-house chaplain, offering prayer and spiritual support to her team. But her proudest role? Mom and grandma.
Patty raised three children—Jeffrey, Jennifer, and Jason—who are all adults, happily married, and thriving in their own right. Her daughter has even gifted her the joy of being a grandmother to three precious grandchildren.
For Patty, motherhood is about leading by example. “Your kids will learn from your example, not your words,” she shares. This philosophy permeates her leadership style, as she follows a Christ-centered model of nurturing, guiding, and serving others.
She credits Chick-fil-A for allowing her to prioritize her family while still growing professionally. “They’ve always supported me—whether I was traveling, at a medical appointment, or needed flexibility for family time,” she says. “That’s why I’ve stayed loyal all these years.”
“Your kids will learn from your example, not your words”
Patty celebrates Mother’s Day surrounded by her children and grandchildren, always reminding herself that motherhood is an eternal calling. “My role as a mother doesn’t end—it just shifts to prayer and trust,” she adds with warmth.
Tiffany Bradford
Empathy in action
As the Director of Training, Tiffany Bradford ensures every team member is equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed. But her leadership began long before she stepped into this role.
She’s been married for 24 years and is a proud mom to an adult daughter who, interestingly, once worked under her at Chick-fil-A.

“Prioritize your time and schedule. But more importantly, remember that you’re setting an example of how it’s possible to lead and love at the same time”
Balancing work and motherhood had its unique challenges, especially when her daughter was on the team. “I had to lead her like I would any team member—not as her mom,” she explains. “It taught me a lot about fairness and respect in leadership.”
Tiffany brings deep empathy to her work. She treats young team members like she would want someone to treat her daughter at her first job—supportive, firm when necessary, and always encouraging.
Her advice to working moms? “Prioritize your time and schedule. But more importantly, remember that you’re setting an example of how it’s possible to lead and love at the same time.”
Mother’s Day for Tiffany is a time to honor both her own mom and her mother-in-law. “We celebrate together as one big family,” she says. “It’s a moment of reflection and gratitude.”
Olivia Wong
A Quiet Force, Leading with Heart
As the Operations Director at Chick-fil-A Park Blvd., Olivia Wong has spent over a decade transforming not just operations— but lives.
Starting humbly in the kitchen, Olivia’s leadership journey has been shaped by her dual role as a devoted mother and mentor. Today, she leads alongside her children, Terine and Terence, in a truly inspiring full-circle moment.
Their connection goes beyond family—it’s a model of trust, growth, and shared purpose. Olivia leads with a quiet strength, creating a culture where young people, including her own children, are empowered to grow in confidence and character.
“Take a moment each day to sincerely express your gratitude to your Mom.
Being intentional in showing your appreciation can strengthen your bond and bring joy to her heart.”

She’s passionate about building a workplace that feels like home—one rooted in encouragement, consistency, and deep care. Her leadership is not just about tasks and checklists; it’s about nurturing potential and planting seeds of greatness in every team member.
Olivia believes that motherhood deserves more than a single day of recognition. For her, honoring moms should be a daily practice—a value she’s lived by and instilled in her children every step of the way.
A Shared Legacy of Love and Leadership
What ties these three women together isn’t just their job titles—it’s their hearts. Patty, Tiffany, and Olivia are examples of what’s possible when mothers lead with compassion, resilience, and purpose.
They’ve shown that motherhood doesn’t slow leadership down—it strengthens it. That the skills learned through parenting—empathy, patience, adaptability, faith—are the very ones that make a workplace thrive.
So this Mother’s Day, we salute the moms who serve others, shape futures, and still make time for bedtime stories or family dinners.
Happy Mother's Day to all our moms —you are the real MVPs in our lives!
To Patty, Tiffany, and Olivia: Thank you for leading with love and Happy Mother’s Day!
