Reflections of An Introvert’s Journey at Chick-Fil-A
A couple of years ago, Claire joined our Front of House crew as a shy and timid high schooler. Since then, she has proven herself to be a crucial piece of the teamwork synergy here at Chick-fil-A Park Blvd. She will be greatly missed while she leaves to pursue a Computer Science degree at the University of North Texas. (UNT).

Pushed Out of My Comfort Zone
I take great pride in my role as a Team Member at Chick-Fil-A Park and Plano Parkway, where I have been fortunate to work for nearly a year and a half. I am incredibly grateful for the kind-hearted managers who have not only provided me with valuable learning experiences but have also been understanding of my demanding school schedule. Throughout my time here, I've gained the skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers while maintaining a positive attitude. I have learned that regardless of the situation, maintaining a sense of composure and warmth is paramount. Hence, despite my inherent shyness and introversion, the interactions I've had with both colleagues and patrons have significantly bolstered my confidence in public speaking.

A Tribute To My Amazing Team
To my fellow team members, I want to express how truly remarkable my journey alongside each one of you has been. It's incredible to think that I've been able to cultivate such positive relationships with my co-workers. Somehow, all of you never fail to bring laughter into my days and send me off after a shift with a beaming smile. Every time I go to work, it feels less like a conventional job and more like tackling tasks while enjoying the company of amazing people. The approaching Fall brings a tinge of sadness as I prepare to depart for UNT, but I hold onto the hope that my visits will allow me to reunite with some of you, and be reminded of memories that we've made together.
Final Thoughts
For those who have just joined our team or who are considering working at this location, I encourage you to work hard but also get to know your co-workers and enjoy their company.
As I prepare to depart from this place, what I will hold closest to my heart are the connections I've made with my co-workers. I have been incredibly blessed by these relationships and I will treasure my experiences with them immensely.
