Meet Ever Ramirez, a passionate Chick-fil-A team member whose journey over the past 20 months has been nothing short of inspiring. His experience has transformed his life, shaped his future, and strengthened his love for the Chick-fil-A team culture.

A Step Toward Opportunity
When Ever first joined Chick-fil-A Park a year and a half ago, it wasn’t just about earning a paycheck—he was looking to a stepping stone to his future. “I saw on social media that Chick-fil-A was a good place to start working,” he explains. “I thought it would be a great first job, and I wasn’t wrong. It’s helped me prepare for the real world.”

Ever quickly found himself surrounded by supportive leaders and teammates who encouraged his growth both professionally and personally. He learned valuable skills not just about work but also about life. “I love working here because it’s given me the tools I need to have a successful career someday,” he shares.
Growing Through Support and Leadership

From his first day at Chick-fil-A, Ever experienced the impact of its supportive, family-like culture. He described the team as one that genuinely wants everyone to succeed, always offering encouragement and opportunities for growth. This environment allowed him to thrive, and after about a year, he was promoted to the position of Trainer.
Taking on this new leadership role presented its challenges. Initially nervous about training others, Ever relied on the guidance of his teammates and leaders. By observing experienced trainers, asking for advice, and remaining calm, he gradually gained the confidence to teach new team members and share his knowledge.

One of the most valuable lessons Ever has learned is the importance of teamwork and leading by example. “I want my coworkers to see me working hard and feel inspired to do the same. It’s about setting a standard and helping everyone around me grow.”
Beyond that, Ever credits Chick-fil-A for teaching crucial skills like effective communication, responsibility, and work ethic. “This job has given me confidence in talking to people and taught me how to handle responsibilities. It’s preparing me for whatever comes next.”
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. And his favorite Chick-fil-A menu item? The classic chicken sandwich, of course!

Ever has big dreams. He hopes to attend a university in Texas to major in marketing and envisions a future where he works for a marketing company or even run his own business. He credits the skills he has gained at Chick-fil-A as valuable tools that will support him on every step of his journey.
Ever continues to thrive at Chick-fil-A Park. He was recently promoted to the position of Team Captain and looks forward to growing in his job.
